Best Ultrawide Monitor Under 30000 In India

Best Ultrawide Monitor Under 30000 In India

The best ultrawide Monitor Under 30000 In India is here. Check it out.

As the name indicates, ultrawide monitors are wider monitors than regular monitors which means they have more horizontal space to open two tabs side by side simultaneously and an aspect ratio of 21:9 or 32:9 to fill the screen with pictures and give a theater-like experience. Many ultrawide monitors have curved displays which give an immersive gaming experience.

Many users demand a monitor that isn’t too large or too small but equally balances both. Ultrawide monitors are mainly targeted at gamers, but in recent years some models have been office-oriented and designed for editing, office usage, and productivity. The extra horizontal spaces give extra room to work, play, and stream and while they take up a lot of space on the desk, folks who like to replace a multi-monitor setup with a single screen can blindly follow the Ultrawide trend.

In India, there are limited ultrawide monitors and hardly two or three monitors which are inexpensive. While the splurge adds features and more room for work, not all users require it. So, keeping the budget and needs of regular users in mind, we’ve curated a list of the best ultrawide monitor under 30000 In India for work, games, and office.

1) Acer CB342CK QHD Ultrawide Monitor

Acer CB342CK
Acer CB342CK

SPECIFICATIONS – Display: 34 Inch | Resolution: 3440 X 1440 | Aspect Ratio: 21:9 | Refresh Rate: 75Hz | Response Time: 1 ms | Ports: 2 X USB 3.0, 1 X Display Port, 2 X HDMI, 1 X USB 2.0| Height adjustment: Yes| Speakers: Yes

Pros

  • High-resolution Display
  • Good colors and HDR performance
  • Excellent viewing angle
  • Ideal for office and casual gaming

Cons

  • Terrible speaker
  • No USB C port

The Acer CB342CK ultrawide monitors brings a lot of features to the table. A high-resolution panel, beautiful colors, and a sturdy stand. The Acer Ultrawide monitor is a great pick for browsing the web, content creation, and productivity.

It sports a gorgeous 34-inch screen and 75hz refresh rate for high-resolution gameplay and smooth scrolling. The roomy screen offers plenty of space to run multiple tabs and display more details on a single screen.  With a resolution of 3440 X 1440 pixels, images contain sharp and more detailed information that is significantly better than regular FHD and 2K panels. For programmers and editors, it’s extremely beneficial to see as much as details in a single screen without needing to switch between multiple Windows tabs.

The Acer Ultrawide monitor maxed out at 75Hz of refresh rate, ample for office work and browsing, but hardcore gamers will find it less practical. You can play most games without issue, but first-person shooter players will have to live with mediocre frames.

Many Ultrawide monitors face wobbling issues and Acer CB342CK has the same as well. Even though the stand is sturdy and holds the monitor steady on a desk, a gentle tap on a screen will immediately jiggle the panel.

Ergonomics are excellent, though. You can change the monitor from landscape to portrait, raise or lower the panel, tilt it up or down, and adjust the height. There is also VESA support for wall mount.

The colors and contrast of ultrawide monitors are noticeably better than regular monitors, especially the ones we’ve tested in our lab. The Acer monitor incorporates many features that enhance picture quality and depict colors without overdoing saturation.

There is HDR 10, a 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a good contrast ratio to display more vibrant and vivid colors. Despite good colors and contrast, we don’t recommend the Acer ultrawide monitor for heavy image or video editing where you need natural colors without boost. The 250 nits of brightness are average and only helpful in a normally bright room but feel noticeably short in direct sunlight.

You can connect the device from the HDMI port or Display port. There is also a USB 3.0 port to connect accessories like a Keyboard and mouse.

The Acer CB342CK ultrawide monitor packs a solid display with plenty of features but doesn’t come without caveats.

2) LG 34WP500 Ultrawide Monitor

LG 34WP500
LG 34WP500

SPECIFICATIONS – Display: 29 Inch | Resolution: 2560 X 1080 | Aspect Ratio: 21:9 | Refresh Rate: 100Hz | Response Time: 5 ms | Ports:  2 X HDMI, 1 X Headphone Out | Height adjustment: No | Speakers: Yes

Pros

  • Roomy display with two device supports
  • Bright and colorful images
  • HDR10 support
  • Smooth gaming performance
  • Narrow bezels

Cons

  • No Height adjustment
  • No Speakers
  • No Display Port

The LG 34WP500 is a more affordable monitor with the same display size as Acer’s ultrawide but with less resolution. The ultrawide monitors segment is dominated by LG, not only do they have the best picture quality and sharpness, but they do so without breaking the bank.

The LG ultrawide monitor is mainly for work and productivity. Gaming performance is good for a monitor but likewise, Acer’s ultrawide, LG offers only a 75Hz refresh rate that may be not ideal for heavy gamers. It has a 2560 X 1080 pixels resolution, AMD Free Sync support, and a 5ms response time for great picture quality and smooth response.

The 34-inch pairing with 2K resolution makes it a good investment for a professional who likes to open multiple windows simultaneously and likes bigger screens on their desk. LG also offers dedicated software to organize Windows tabs and access two devices simultaneously on one screen. The two devices setup works from HDMI ports lying on the rear side of a monitor.

The monitor is a better and great choice for photo and video editors. It features 95% sRGB color, 16.7 colors, and HDR 10 making it a good choice for editors who mix YouTube clips. Compared to other brand in our list, LG monitor panels are considerably better, delivers deep blacks, and have beautiful color reproduction. The viewing angles are impressive, making it a good media consumption monitor.

The LG 34WP500 monitor features a wide, strong half-circular stand that doesn’t take up a lot of space on a desk and holds monitors strongly. While it has wobbling issues, they only occur when you change the tilt or move a monitor.

All the features that LG throws work really well and that goes for build quality as well. Made entirely from plastic, it has no flex or major build issues which monitors usually have.

So, what is the flaw, then? The biggest flaw with LG ultrawide monitor is its terrible ergonomics which only support tilt up or down. The lack of height adjustment and swivel positions sets it one step behind Acer’s ultrawide monitors on our list. If you are one of those who likes all the ergonomics in a panel, go for Acer’s ultrawide monitors.

A primarily productivity-centered and with some excellent features, the LG Ultrawide Monitor is one of the best ultrawide monitor under 30000.

3) LG 29WQ600 Ultrawide Monitor

LG UltraWide 29WQ600 Monitor
LG UltraWide 29WQ600 Monitor

SPECIFICATIONS – Display: 29 Inch | Resolution: 2560 X 1080 | Aspect Ratio: 21:9 | Refresh Rate: 100Hz | Response Time: 5 ms | Ports: 1 X USB-C, 1 X Display Port, 1 X HDMI, 1 X Headphone Out | Height adjustment: No | Speakers: Yes

Pros

  • Affordable ultrawide monitor
  • Type-C connectivity
  • In-built speakers
  • High refresh rate display
  • 3 Years of warranty

Cons

  • No Height adjustment

If you can settle for a smaller screen size for all the features you need in a monitor, the LG 29WQ600 ultrawide monitor is by far the best ultrawide monitor in India. A smaller cousin of the previous 34-inch LG monitor, this 29-inch monitor has everything its big brother forgot to include. An inbuilt speakers, USB Type-C, and Display Port. Everything else that the 34-inch monitor incorporated also added a 29-inch model.

Even, though a 29-Inch screen is less than 34 inches, it is nearly as wide as two 15-inch laptops. With a screen this big, you can run two tabs side by side simultaneously, enjoy movie-watching and so more. The display also features a 2560 X 1080 pixels resolution and 100hz refresh rate for smoother performance. The 100hz refresh rate updates images on the screen much faster than the 75hz display, so everything runs flawlessly. First-shooter gamers will enjoy quick response and very little ghosting or screen tearing. To make things more interesting for gamers, LG also provides gaming-related features like AMD FreeSync, black stabilizer, and Dynamic Action syncs.

It follows the same patterns as its 34-inch cousin with a half-circular stand, some wobbling issues, and an overall sturdy build that works well in a table. However, the stand and rear side are covered in white color so it will get dirty easily.

The color performance is superb with deeper blacks and intense colors appearing more vivid and alive. As far as brightness goes, it is ideal for a normal room and performs terribly under direct sunlight.

The 7W built-in speakers are a blessing and deliver loud sound. Even though they aren’t as good as satellite speakers, they are loud, clear, and acceptable as monitor speakers.

LG throws the most crucial ports in a monitor including USB Type-C, HDMI port, Display Port, and Headphone Out. Not to mention, the support of LG’s software to organize and connect two devices.

LG ultrawide monitor is bad in the ergonomics department and only supports tilt adjustment. The 3-year warranty makes it a secure investment if anything goes wrong, especially in a pixel department.

In my opinion. The LG29WQ600 is a better value-for-money monitor for gamers and professionals who looking for the best ultrawide monitor under 30000 in India.

4) ViewSonic VA2932 Monitor

ViewSonic VA2932
ViewSonic VA2932

Pros

  • Great color accuracy
  • Sharp and detailed images
  • Affordable and value for money
  • Three different energy modes
  • 5 Years of Warranty

Cons

  • No height adjustment
  • No Type-C

SPECIFICATIONS – Display: 29 Inch | Resolution: 2560 X 1080 | Aspect Ratio: 21:9 | Refresh Rate: 75Hz | Response Time: 4 ms | Ports: 1 X Display Port, 2 X HDMI | Height adjustment: No | Speakers: Yes

For Photo and Video Editors who prefer a monitor with rich frames, great brightness, and accuracy in colors, the ViewSonic VA2932 Monitor is an excellent pick. It is a great affordable ultrawide monitor for editing, browsing, and general office work.

The Viewsonic ultrawide monitor incorporates all the features we expect in a great monitor; a stunning panel, plenty of ports, and decent speakers. While the panel is not as slim as LG’s or the speakers aren’t as good as LG’s dedicated speakers either, the Viewsonic shines in almost all other areas.

The ViewSonic offers smooth motions and movements with its 75hz refresh rate. With frame updating 75 frames per second, you can play most games without issues. The ViewSonic monitor also packs an array of ports including two HDMI and one display port to connect a PC or computer. Still, it is an affordable monitor lacking crucial Type-C connectivity that may be not ideal for Mac users who need direct connectivity from MacBook to monitor.

The 1440p screen is absolutely fantastic and color accuracy is admirable for the price. When I played some YouTube videos and streamed Netflix content, the color popped up on a panel and more details were noticeable on the screen. ViewSonic polished the panel with 120% sRGB colors and HDR 10 which truly delivers immersive colors.

Viewsonics also offers three different power modes; Standard, Optimize, and conserve to reduce energy usage.

When it comes to ergonomics, ViewSonic lacks all the ergonomics except for tilt adjustment. So, you won’t be able to adjust the panel upper or down or change the view from landscape to portrait. Meanwhile, it has a great build and a robust stand to hold the panel. Wobbling and flex issues are common in budget monitors and nowhere to be found in Viewsonic ultrawide monitors.

The ViewSonic offers a sharp contrast ratio with natural colors. Most panels that suffer from black depicted as slightly grayish in dark rooms won’t face the same issues. With great contrast and color accuracy, black colors seem darker and details are visible in a dark environment.

The ViewSonic VA2932 monitors excel in almost all areas but have some flaws when you need an affordable monitor that is hands down the best panel.

5) Acer XZ306CX Curved Ultrawide Monitor

Acer XZ306CX Curved Ultrawide Monitor
Acer XZ306CX Curved Ultrawide Monitor

Pros

  • Beautiful curved display
  • 200Hz refresh rate
  • Luxurious ergonomics
  • Different types of  HDMI ports
  • Color adjustment

Cons

  • Not ideal for all professionals
  • Gray colors on corners
  • Low-quality speakers

SPECIFICATIONS – Display: 29.5 Inch | Resolution: 2560 X 1080 | Aspect Ratio: 21:9 | Refresh Rate: 200 Hz | Response Time: 1 ms | Ports: 1 X Display Port, 2 X HDMI 1.4, 1 X HDMI 2.0| Height adjustment: Yes| Speakers: Yes

Ultrawide monitors are famous for their horizontal screen, but when that spacious panel comes slightly curved, it takes things further and gives an excellent sense of immersion.

The Acer XZ306CX is the only ultrawide monitor that has a slightly curved panel despite that won’t cost much. It features a 2560 X 1080 pixels resolution for crisp text and dynamic color range inside a large 29-inch screen space.  What sets it apart from the rest is it’s a 200hz refresh rate panel. The 200hz panel updates images faster and with the support of free sync, monitors will deliver less screen training and Ghosting. With curved displays and high refresh rates, the Acer XZ306CX targets gamers and makes it one of the best ultrawide monitor under 30000.

The curved panels are beneficial for people who like immersive viewing at their desk, however, it might not be helpful for all professional users. People who work in editing tasks where certain accuracy is required such as straight lines, drawing, and editing might prefer a flat screen for precision.

The Acer Ultrawide monitor is an IPS panel which means it has good viewing angles and fewer reflections than other panels. However, having a curved edge I have found some color washout issues in the corners. For example, When I played Zack Snyder’s Justice League on display during the workday, all colors seemed fine and honestly gorgeous, but when I played the last hours during the night while sitting on a couch and lights off, white and black colors on corners appeared as gray and increasing brightness had made things even worse. The backlight bleeding (as the effect is called) issues might be a deal breaker for gamers who play games a night.

Rather than bleeding, everything looks lovely on a screen. The inclusion of HDR 200 and added DCI-P3 color gamuts displays all colors vividly and filled with details. For those who like less saturated colors, Acer also offers 6 Axis preset color adjustments to display colors pleasant to your eyes.

Acer throws all ergonomics features alongside the monitor including tilt, swivel, and height. Connections are decent, all regular ports are there; two HDMI 1.4, one HDMI 2.0, and a display port. Unfortunately, there is no USB Type C or regular USB ports to connect peripherals like keyboard, mouse, or speakers.

Overall, if you are a hardcore gamer and need a nice curved display with high resolution and refresh rate, the Acer XZ306CX is an iconic choice.
